  • Stolen goods or items obtained through fraud.
  • Sexual or adult content, escort services, and sexual services.
  • Live animals, animal parts, and protected species.
  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, radioactive materials, and biological agents.
  • Items that require licenses or permits the seller does not hold.
  • Tobacco, vaping products, and alcohol where restricted by law.
  • Human remains, body parts, or bodily fluids.
  • Financial instruments, cryptocurrency offerings, gambling services, and unregistered investments.
  • Personal data of third parties offered for sale.

Prohibited behavior

  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that incites violence or discrimination.
  • Impersonating other people, businesses, or Short-site staff.
  • Phishing, malware, scams, or sending fake payment links. Short-site never sends payment links on a seller's behalf.
  • Spam, mass unsolicited contact, or manipulating analytics.
  • Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or interfering with the Service.
  • Scraping the Service in a way that disrupts normal operation.

Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the competent authorities.
