You can delete your Short-site account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at www.short-site.com.
- Go to your Account page.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and authentication credentials.
- Your stores, products, and uploaded images.
- Analytics and event data linked to your account.
- Consent records will be anonymized once they are no longer required for legal evidence.
What we may keep
We may retain a minimal set of records (such as security logs, anonymized billing records, or evidence of consents) where we are required to by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Backups are purged on a rolling basis, typically within 30 days.
