Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement is a general template and is not legal advice.
This Seller Agreement applies whenever you publish a store on Short-site (www.short-site.com). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sell the items you list.
2. Accurate listings
You agree that the information you publish (store name, descriptions, prices, condition, images, contact details) is accurate, current, and not misleading.
3. Right to sell
You confirm that you own, or have the legal right to sell, every item you list, and that the listings do not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property).
4. Off-platform transactions
Short-site is not a marketplace and is not a party to any sale. Payment, delivery, returns, warranties, and in-person meetings are arranged directly between you and the buyer. You are solely responsible for those arrangements, for resolving disputes, and for honoring any consumer-protection rights that apply.
5. No payment links from us
Short-site never sends payment links to buyers on your behalf. If you discover anyone impersonating Short-site or your store, report it to support@short-site.com.
6. Public contact information
You acknowledge that the contact details you choose to publish on your store page are public and may be contacted by anyone with the link. Do not publish information you are not comfortable making public.
7. Taxes and compliance
You are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes due on your sales, and for complying with all laws applicable to your activity (consumer protection, product safety, labelling, licensing, export, etc.).
8. Prohibited items
You will not list anything prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Content license
You grant Short-site a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content you upload solely to operate the Service and render your public store page.
10. Free plan and lifetime slots
The free plan provides a limited number of lifetime product slots per store. Deleting a product does not release its slot. We may, at any time, change the limits and pricing of paid plans with reasonable notice.
11. Suspension and termination
We may remove listings, suspend, or terminate stores that breach this Agreement, our Terms, or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your store and account at any time from your Account page.
